ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE, NOTICE, AND INSTRUCTIONS TO PARTIES. Respondent is directed to file an answer to Petitioner's petition within 20 days from the date of this order. Petitioner may file a response to Respondent's answer within 20 days from the date shown on Respondent's certificate of service. Copies of all pleadings, motions, and orders will be served electronically upon the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 5(b)(2)(E) and by prior agreement of the Office of the United States Attorney, Northern District of Texas. Petitioner's separate request for expedited review of her petition is denied. Dkt. **VACATED per 13 **ORDER. The Court has reviewed the parties' pleadings, relevant records, and applicable law. For the reasons stated in Respondent's response, the Court concludes that Petitioner fails to demonstrate that her detention is unlawful and, in tum, fails to demonstrate that she is entitled to any of the relief that she seeks in her petition. Petitioner's petition is therefore denied and dismissed with prejudice. The Court will enter judgment accordingly.
