ORDER This matter is before the Court on Petitioner's 22 Motion for Immediate Release, which argues that Respondents did not comply with this Court's 19 Order. The Court's Order granting the Petition required Respondents to provide Petitioner with a bond hearing at which the Government bore the burden of proof by clear and convincing evidence under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a). [See #19 at 3]. According to Respondents' Status Report, such a hearing was conducted on July 9, 2026. [#21] The Court's Order did not require the Immigration Judge to issue an oral ruling or otherwise decide the bond request on the day of the hearing. Because the Immigration Judge has not yet issued a decision, Petitioner's Motion for immediate release is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE as premature. Respondents shall file a status report advising the Court of the status of the bond proceedings, including whether a bond decision has been issued, within seven (7) days of the date of this Minute Order.
