ENDORSED ORDER. On June 16, 2026, the Court granted the Petition to the extent that Federal Respondents were to afford Petitioner an individualized bond hearing within seven days of the Court's Order (Doc. 10). On or about July 21, 2026, Petitioner filed two Motions (Docs. 12, 13) explaining that on June 16, 2026, the day the Court issued its Order (Doc. 10), Petitioner appeared before an immigration judge who advised Petitioner he did not have jurisdiction to consider Petitioner's request for bond. The Court construes Petitioner's Motions (Doc. 12, 13) as Motions to Enforce the Court's Order (Doc. 10). By August 3, 2026, Federal Respondents shall file a response to Petitioner's Motions (Docs. 12, 13). Signed by Judge Wendy W. Berger on 7/29/2026. (JND) (Entered: 07/29/2026)
