ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE, NOTICE, AND INSTRUCTIONS TO PARTIES. The Clerk is directed to change the caption to reflect that the Warden of the Eden Detention Center is the only proper respondent. All other named respondents will be terminated from this civil action. Respondent is directed to file an answer to Petitioner's petition within 20 days from the date of this order. Petitioner may file a response to Respondent's answer within 20 days from the date shown on Respondents certificate of service. Copies of all pleadings, motions, and orders will be served electronically upon the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 5(b)(2)(E) and by prior agreement of the Office of the United States Attorney, Northern District of Texas. The Clerk shall mail a copy of this order to Petitioner or his or her attorney of record. ORDER. The Court has reviewed the parties' pleadings, relevant records, and applicable law. For the reasons stated in Respondent's response, the Court concludes that Castro fails to demonstrate that his detention is unlawful and, in turn, fails to demonstrate that he is entitled to the relief that he seeks in his petition.
