It is also recommended that the Court ORDER Respondents to provide Mr. Corea Lopez with a bond hearing before an immigration judge within seven (7) days of the Court's order adopting this report and recommendation, or to immediately release him if they fail to do so. It is further recommended that the Court DISMISS and/or DENY Mr. Corea Lopez's pe tition in all other respects.
