FINDINGS and RECOMMENDATIONS (Text Only): On 5/15/2026, Petitioner (A No. 208 560 754) filed a 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus seeking release from ICE custody. On 6/15/2026, in Case No. 1:26-cv-4146 DAD CKD P, Petitioner's 2 Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus was granted, Petitioner was ordered released, and judgment was entered. In light of the record before the court, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that the 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus filed in this action be dismissed as moot. These Findings and Recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). Within 14 (fourteen) days after being served with these Findings and Recommendations, either party may file written objections with the court. The document should be captioned "Objections to Magistrate Judge's Findings and Recommendations." Any response to the objections shall be filed and served within 14 (fourteen) days after service of the objections.
