ORDER GRANTING 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus filed by Mehdi Akbari-Esfahani by the District Judge Scott W Skavdahl. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED Respondents shall immediately release Petitioner, subject to the terms and conditions of his previous Order of Supervision. Federal Respondents will be required to submit a declaration pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1746 within three days of the date of this Order, affirming Petitioner's release from custody.
