MEMORANDUM RULING AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that re 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus filed by Jasmina Isakova is GRANTED. The Government is ORDERED to release Isakova from custody within seven (7) days, subject to the conditions of super vision previously imposed or such reasonable conditions as DHS may lawfully impose.
