JUDGMENT by Magistrate Judge John D. Early. Pursuant to the Order Regarding Petition, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the Petition is GRANTED, in part, and Respondents are ORDERED to provide Petitioner an individualized bond hearing before an immigration judge under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) within seven days from the date of this Judgment, with instructions that the immigration judge has jurisdiction under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) to consider bond and must provide a reasoned decis ion if bond is denied, and, if no such hearing is provided within seven days from the date of this Judgment, Respondents are ordered to release Petitioner from custody. In all other respects, the Petition is denied as moot and dismissed without prejudice. (MD JS-6, Case Terminated). (aro)
