ORDER. Before the Court is 1 Petitioner's Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241, and 4 Petitioner's Motion for Order to Show Cause. It is ORDERED that Petitioner shall SERVE Respondents with a copy of the 1 Petition, and accompanying documents, 3 Magistrate Judge Consent Form, and 4 Motion for Order to Show Cause, along with a copy of this Order, by email and certified mail, on or before May 28, 2026. Petitioner shall promptly file proof of such service on the docket, and counsel for Respondents shall promptly enter their notices of appearance. It is ORDERED that Respondents shall show cause why the 1 Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus should not be granted on or before June 2, 2026. Petitioner shall file a reply on or before June 5, 2026.
