MINUTE ORDER (Text Only Entry) Currently pending in this matter is Petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus. (Doc. 1.) A routine review of EOIR Public Database reveals that Petitioner (A No. 201-506-057) was ordered removed by an Immigration Judge on February 11, 2026, and that no appeal was received for this case. On July 16, 2026, Respondents informed the Court in a related case that Petitioner has been removed from the United States pursuant to his final order of removal. ( See 1:26-cv-04182-JLT-EGC, Dkt. 15.) A further review of the online ICE detainee locator confirms that Petitioner is no longer in ICE custody.
