That deportation was in violation of two clear court orders: (1) General Order 26-05, which requires two days' notice to the Court of Respondents' intent to remove Petitioner, notice which was not provided; and (2) this Court's Order Enjoining Transfer Out of District (Including Deportation). In light of this blatant disregard of the Court's orders, Respondents are ordered to show cause in writing, by no later than Tuesday, June 16, 2026, why it ignored these two orders and why sanctions should not be imposed. Respondents are further ordered to return Petitioner to the Central District of California immediately. Respondents shall file a status update every week until Petitioner is returned.
