It is therefore ORDERED that: 1) Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus [ECF 1 ] is GRANTED as to Count One; 2) Respondents shall conduct the appropriate release determination/bond hearing under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) by June 18, 2026; and 3) On or before June 22, 2026, the Parties shall file a Joint Status Report informing the Court of whether the bond hearing was held and whether bond was granted or denied. The Parties should also state whether there remain any matters for this Court to resolve. 4) In light of the Court granting the Petition [ECF 1 ], Petitioner's Motion for Order that Petitioner not be Transferred Outside the District of Colorado, ECF 10, is denied as moot.
