(Text-Only) ORDER FOR PARTY TO FILE DOCUMENT/RESPOND TO COURT. Based on the Court's review of the briefing in this matter, Federal Respondents are hereby ORDERED to provide a supplemental response to the Petition, including a memorandum of law and additional evidence. First, Federal Respondents shall address Petitioner's arguments that the government failed to comply with the notice requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 241.13(i) by providing notice that Petitioner's OSUP was revoked after he came into ICE custody and on the same date that his interview took place. Second, Federal Respondents shall further address the assertion that there is a substantial likelihood of Petitioner's removal in the reasonably foreseeable future, including legal argument in response to Petitioner's reply memorandum on this issue and any additional declarations and documentary evidence necessary to support the claim that Petitioner is soon likely to be removed from the United States.
