It is hereby ORDERED that: Caceres IS NOT to be removed or transferred from this district for any reason without this Court's permission; (1) on or before April 24,2026, the respondent shall file either a notice indicating that the factual and legal issues presented in this petition do not differ in any material fashion from those presented in Ceba Cinta v. Noem, No. 1:25cv1818, 2025 WL 4053171 (E.D. Va. Oct. 29, 2025); Duarte Escobar v. Perry, No. 3:25cv758, 2025 WL 3006742 (E.D. Va. Oct. 27, 2025); and Romero v. Crawford, No. 3:25cv788, 2026 WL 94634 (E.D. Va. Jan. 13, 2026); or an opposition to the petition discussing the material differences between these cases and this petition; (3) if the respondent files a notice that there are no material differences between this petition and the above cases, this Court will issue a recommendation without further filings from the parties; and (4) if the respondent files an opposition to the petition, Caceres shall file any reply in further support of the petition on or before May 1, 2026.
