The Petition in this case indicates that venue is proper in the Southern District of California because Petitioner is detained in the Imperial Regional Detention Facility (Pet. at 1, 3); it was filed, however, in the Central District of California. The Petition also references an order of this Court that this Court did not enter. (Pet. at 2.) It is unclear if Petitioner meant to file this Petition in another District, or if Petitioner's counsel has, perhaps, stated allegations that mixes the facts of one petitioner with another. Moreover, as this Court already ordered the relief "Azurin Roman Ocampo" seeks in claim one, it is unclear what more the Petitioner is asking this Court to do, or whether he is seeking to enforce the judgment entered in the previous case.
