TEXT ORDER- Currently pending before the Court is a Petition for a writ of habeas corpus brought by JOSE MARVIN COREAS GONZALEZ. On June 3, 2026, Petitioner was ordered removed. ( ECF No. 7-4.) In her status update letter dated July 28, 2026, Petitioner's counsel suggests that he has appealed that determination to the Board of Immigration Appeals but has not provided provide evidence of the same. To the extent Petitioner has a pending appeal before the BIA, he shall file evidence of the same within 3 days. The Court will terminate the TRO Motion at ECF No. 2 pending Petitioner's response.
