ORDER DISMISSING 3 Petition as moot. On July 31, 2026, Respondents notified the Court that Petitioner voluntarily departed the United States on or about May 18, 2026. Therefore, Respondents contend that the Petition must be dismissed as moot because Petitioner is no longer in custody. Petitioner was afforded an opportunity to respond by August 19, 2026, but declined to do so. Upon review of the record before it, the Court agrees with Respondents that the Petition is now moot.
