TEXT ORDER re 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus filed by Hadi Beshkani. So that the petitioner can fully participate in these proceedings and maintain adequate access to legal counsel, the respondents are enjoined from transferring the petitioner to any district outside the Western District of New York. OPINION AND ORDER denying 7 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim. The petition for a writ of habeas corpus is GRANTED to the extent of ordering that Beshkani shall receive a bond hearing within the Western District of New York, no later t han five days from the date of this opinion. It is further ORDERED that the Respondent promptly notify this Court when a bond hearing for Beshkani has been held and the result of that hearing.
