MINUTE ORDER (Text Only Entry) Currently pending in this matter is Petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus. (Doc. 1 .) On April 16, 2026, Respondents informed the Court that Petitioner had been ordered removed to Mexico by the Immigration Judge and attached a copy of the Immigration Judge's order. ( See Doc. [8-1] at 1-4.) On June 26, 2026, this Court issued an order directing Respondents to inform the court of petitioner's current custody status after a routine review of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement online detainee locator suggested that Petitioner was no longer in ICE custody. (Doc. 10 .) On June 27, 2026, Respondents filed a status report indicating that Petitioner was removed from the United States to Mexico on April 28, 2026, pursuant to his final order of removal. (Doc. 11 .) As such, the Court DISMISSES the petition for writ of habeas corpus as MOOT (Doc. 1 ); TERMINATES all pending motions and deadlines (Doc. 2 ); and directs the Clerk of Court to CLOSE this case signed by District Judge Jennifer L.
