MINUTE ORDER (Text Only Entry) issued by Courtroom Deputy for District Judge Dale A. Drozd on 3/24/2026: On 3/23/2026, petitioner filed a 1 petition for writ of habeas corpus and a 2 motion for temporary restraining order in this case. On 3/24/2026, respondents filed a 5 notice of related cases, notifying the court that this matter may be related to petitioner's previously filed petition for writ of habeas corpus in 2:26-cv-00542-DJC-CSK.
