Gary Klausner:Order Re: Petitioner's Ex Parte Application for Temporary Restraining Order 2 .On March 11, 2026, Bianka Teresa Valverde Cantillo ("Petitioner") filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and the present Application for Tempora1y Restraining Order ("Application") against the Warden of the Adelanto Detention Facility, the San Diego Field Office Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement ("ICE"), Todd M. Lyons, Kristi Noem, and Pamela Bondi (collectively, "Respondents"). (ECF Nos. 1, 2.) Petitioner, a noncitizen, is in ICE custody. Petitioner seeks the Court 's order that she be released from custody and that she be provided a bond hearing because she claims that she was unlawfully denied a bond hearing.
