(Text-Only) ORDER FOR PARTY TO FILE DOCUMENT/RESPOND TO COURT: In a filing dated March 24, 2026, Respondents stated that Petitioner Elias C. was detained by ICE "pending Reinstatement of Order of Removal under INA section 212(a)(9)(A)(ii)," see ECF No. 14. As soon as practicable, (1) Petitioner shall file a supplemental reply explaining the application of Section 212 and whether Elias's detention or removal to Mexico on the basis of that statute moots Elias's Petition; and (2) Respondents shall file documentation of the final order of removal for Elias's March 2026 removal to Mexico (or an explanation of why such documentation is unavailable). In addition, the parties should note that contrary to their assertions, see ECF Nos. 8, 14, the Court has not ordered Elias's return to Minnesota at this time, see ECF No. 3. Ordered by Judge Eric C.
