ORDER by Magistrate Judge Stephanie S. Christensen. The Court is in receipt of Deputy Federal Public Defender Jonathan C. Aminoff's notice of appearance, which was entered on April 22, 2026 (ECF 5 ). On March 12, 2026, a discrepancy issued in this case ordering Petitioner to file a request to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) or pay the filing fee within 30 days. (ECF 2 .)
