DISREGARD- ENTERED IN ERROR ORDER REFERRING CASE to Magistrate Judge Susan Prose. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(A) and (B) and Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(a) and (b), this case is referred to the assigned United States Magistrate Judge to (1) convene a scheduling conference under Fed. R. Civ. The petitioner states that he "seeks permanent injunctive relief from third-country removal . . . . by enjoining the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from removal to all non-designated counties without notice, including by requesting a hearing to present any fear-based claim." The respondents do not state whether they oppose such relief, but they do state that they are no longer pursuing the petitioner's removal to Uganda or Cameroon, the two third countries that were at issue in this case.
