(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER DENYING PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION; REFERRING FURTHER PROCEEDINGS TO ASSIGNED MAGISTRATE JUDGE by Judge Fred W. Slaughter: Accordingly, the court DENIES Petitioners' request for a preliminary injunction. The court observes that this case has been referred to Magistrate Judge Stephanie S. Christensen, (Dkt. 5), who has issued an Order Requiring Answer/Return to Petition, (Dkt. 11). Pursuant to General Order No. 05-07, further proceedings on the merits of the Petition are REFERRED to Magistrate Judge Christensen for decision. Just as the court stated in the TRO, "[n]othing in this order shall be read to preclude issuance of the relief Petitioner seeks in the Application at a later stage of the proceedings." (TRO at 5.) Finally, the court's previous order that Petitioner shall not be removed or relocated from the Central District of California pending further order of court remains in full force and effect.
