TEXT ORDER - Before the Court is Petitioner's Second Motion to Enforce (ECF No. 17 ) the Court's March 9, 2026, Memorandum and Order ordering Respondents to provide Petitioner with an individualized bond hearing (ECF No. 5 ). The instant Second Motion to Enforce challenges the fundamental fairness of Petitioner's Court ordered March 12, 2026, bond hearing. (See ECF No. 17 .) On April 1, 2026, Petitioner filed his first motion to enforce, challenging the fundamental fairness of the same bond hearing. (See ECF No. 8 .) On June 8, 2026, the Court issued an Opinion and Order denying Petitioner's first motion to enforce, finding that the Court ordered bond hearing was not fundamentally unfair. (See ECF Nos. 15, 16 .) As the Court has already decided this issue and found that Respondents complied with the Court's March 9, 2026, Memorandum and Order, the Court will deny Petitioner's Second Motion to Enforce. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Petitioner's Second Motion to Enforce (ECF No. 17 ) is DENIED. Ordered by Judge Julien Xavier Neals on 7/17/2026. (kd) (Entered: 07/17/2026)
