ORDERED that Nunez's Petition [Dkt. No. 1] is GRANTED. ORDERED that Nunez be released from custody, with all his personal property, pending his bond hearing before the IJ. Nunez must live at the fixed address identified in his Proposed Release Plan and appear at the bond hearing once the government notifies him of its date, time, and location. ORDERED that respondents provide Nunez with a standard bond hearing before an IJ pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) within 14 days of the date of this Order.
