District Judge F. Dennis Saylor, IV ELECTRONIC ORDER entered: Petitioner Panameno Lopez, an immigration detainee, has filed a motion to enforce judgment. (Dkt. No. 8 ). He contends that his April 27, 2026 bond hearing before an immigration judge violated his due-process rights. As relevant here, he contends that the immigration judge improperly failed to consider alternatives to detention. However, there is no hearing transcript or other evidence in the record supporting that contention. To enable the Court to fully consider petitioner's motion, he is hereby ORDERED to supplement his motion with evidentiary support, such as a transcript of the April 27, 2026 proceedings, within 14 days (that is, by June 12, 2026).
