TEXT ORDER: On February 11, 2026, the Court entered a show cause order directing Respondents to show cause why they have the authority to impose conditions on petitioners release on or before February 16, 2026. Petitioner has now filed an additional declaration stating that at the time of Ms. Llumitaxi Susa's detention, ICE took Ms. Llumitaxi Susa's passport, and the passports of her husband and two minor children as well. They also took Ms. Llumitaxi Susa's cell phone and that ICE has refused to return the passports and the cell phone. Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that Respondents additionally address Petitioner's new declaration (Doc. #13) on or before February 16, 2026, on the status of returning the passports and Petitioner's cell phone.
