PAPERLESS ORDER. On June 11, 2026, we ordered the parties to--by June 19, 2026--"file supplementary briefing...addressing the Petitioner's Zadvydas claim." Order Requiring Supplementary Briefing [ECF No. 10] at 6. The parties have since filed supplemental briefs. But the Petitioner claims that the Respondents' supplemental brief "appears to rely upon records belonging to an entirely different individual." Petitioner's Supplemental Brief [ECF No. 13] at 1. He thus asks that we "require Respondents to submit competent evidence relating to the actual Petitioner, and deny Respondents' request for dismissal based upon a record that appears to concern a different detainee." Id. at 3. We agree. So, by noon ET on June 24, 2026, the Respondents must (1) file a brief that pertains to the correct detainee and that complies with our previous instructions; and (2) show cause explaining why we shouldn't impose sanctions for filing a brief concerning the wrong detainee. Assuming the Respondents comply with this order, the Petitioner will then have until noon ET on June 26, 2026, to file a supplemental brief in accordance with our prior order. Signed by Judge Roy K. Altman on 6/21/2026. (dh03) Modified on 6/22/2026 (jao). (Entered: 06/21/2026)
