(Text-Only) It appears from a recent filing of Respondents that Petitioner's property remains missing. It also appears that the property was likely lost shortly after Petitioner was taken into custody, rather than later in his detention. Therefore:1) Counsel for Respondents must ensure that the property facilities at the Whipple Federal Building have been recently and thoroughly searched, and must attest to that fact through a sworn declaration. The individual who conducted the search of Whipple must also submit a sworn declaration. These declarations must be submitted by March 13, 2026.2) If the property remains undiscovered, counsel for both parties must meet and confer on or before March 18, 2026 and must discuss a plan for next steps regarding the search for the property, compensation for the Petitioner, and/or another appropriate course of action. 3) Counsel must submit a joint letter advising of any agreement about appropriate next steps, or any remaining dispute on or before March 23, 2026.
