ORDER- In accordance with the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, the Court GRANTS the Motion (ECF No. 9 ). ORDER - This matter is before the Court on Petitioner Adam Farags Motion for Ruling (ECF No. 19 ), wherein Petitioner seeks resolution of his pending habeas Petition, ECF No. 1. FINAL ORDER - The Court GRANTS the Motion for Ruling (ECF No. 19 ) and DENIES the Petition (ECF No. 1 ). The Clerk is DIRECTED to enter a final appealable Judgment in a Civil Case in favor of Respondent as a separate entry on the docket. Having so resolved the underlying Petition, the Court LIFTS all injunctions previously imposed.
