ORDER granting in part and denying in part 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, filed by Stephen Olusegun Banjoko. To the extent Banjoko seeks immediate release from ICE custody, the petition is DENIED. To the extent Banjoko seeks a proced ural remedy for the revocation of his supervised release, the petition is GRANTED. Respondents are ORDERED to provide Banjoko with the informal interview required by 8 C.F.R. § 241.13(i)(3) by April 3, 2026. If that procedure is not provided by the Court's deadline, Respondents are directed to release Banjoko. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment accordingly and close the case.
