And the online records maintained by the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) reflect that Petitioner is no longer detained at the Bluebonnet Detention Center. But the online records do not show Petitioner's current location. As a result, the Court directs the respondent to file a notice by 5:00 pm CT on Monday, February 23, 2026, advising the Court whether Petitioner remains in ICE custody, and if he does, where he is located.
