ORDER. The Court grants the respondents one final opportunity to detail their removal efforts. See Yaghoubi Yeganeh v. Warden, Bluebonnet Det. Facility, No. 1:25-CV-121, Dkt. No. 18 at 2 (N.D. Tex. Nov. 12, 2025). The respondents must file a response, on or before April 16, 2026, detailing all efforts to effectuate Yousefinasrabadi's removal to Iran or a third country and explain whether it is significantly likely that he will be removed from the United States in the reasonably foreseeable future. The response shall also include any other information that may bear on whether there is a significant likelihood of removal in the reasonably foreseeable future. ORDER OF DISMISSAL. Before the Court is the parties' Joint Stipulation of Dismissal without Prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). Dkt. No. 29. The joint stipulation is approved. It is ordered that the petitioners petition for a writ of habeas corpus (Dkt. No. 1 ) is dismissed without prejudice, and the Clerk of Court is directed to close this case. The parties shall each bear their own costs and attorneys' fees.
